1. run the apps environment.
2. cd $FND_TOP/bin
3. FNDCPASS apps/*** 0 Y system/manager USER SYSADMIN new_password

Tip: Check the request log to see if it is completed successfully.

You must use at least 6 characters long and not repeated.
